It works Printer parts and accessories

I received this kit to flush my Epson Workforce multifunction printer/scanner. One day the print started smearing and the more I tried to fix it the worse it got until all the colors stopped printing. So I tried this kit and bam! I washed the heads once and got immediate results on all heads. They weren't perfect yet. But at least they were working again. I tried a few more times and also applied the tips from the manual, such as: B. Heat the solution and change the pressure a few times. In the end, almost all stripes are gone. Now I only have light streaks and splashes from the blackhead. I suspect it's dried ink on the outside of the head, which this kit isn't meant to address. But a Q-tip, a drop of solution, and good luck on a blind head search should help. Update (24 hours later): As for the planned Q-Tip procedure, it was really tight. , even for just Q-Tip. But it allowed me to find and remove the supposed build up of dried ink. So the black splatter problem seems to be solved along with fewer streaks. I only have 5 black jets left to clean (yes, so good I can count the remaining bad ones). About 1.5 dozen yellow nozzles and most of the cyan and magenta nozzles are clogged again. So there might be something wrong with the capping station (the part that keeps the nozzles from drying out) for the colored nozzles. Update (1 week later): I gave the color print head a good wash two more times, with an extra soak. -Time of issue magenta. Voila! Nearly perfect. The rest will probably take care of itself the more the printer is used again.
