I needed a chair as I now work exclusively from home and also play at night and my current kitchen table chair didn't fit so I ordered this. The chair came with a cute envelope containing 2 identical instructions on how to rate the product and/or contact the manufacturer but no assembly instructions. I guess the instructions should have been there, or maybe I just missed them somewhere, but it ended up being very easy to assemble without a manual. It has almost become a very simple puzzle game in itself. The chair came with the only tools needed for assembly and a few extra screws marked as extra just in case so I didn't need to assemble any additional assembly tools. The chair itself is very comfortable and supportive. The only criticism I have so far is that it doesn't breathe as well in a mesh-backed chair, for example, but it's leather-like material so that's to be expected, and it cools off pretty quickly if I stand up a bit , which I'm supposed to be doing anyway. I work on the computer for about 8-10 hours a day and play for several hours in the evenings and in my old chair I had severe upper and lower back pain. After the first day I definitely felt the difference. I woke up after my first day at work expecting the same back pain, but that wasn't the case. Very good value for money.
