Zucchini noodles are the best in the kitchen and dining room

Got this on a friend's recommendation for making zucchini noodles. Came without any instructions. I messed up a zucchini or two, but it worked out in the end. There are several different slicers to insert but I have no idea what it does. Disappointed and don't use it often as I don't want to spoil the veggies anymore.
