Ok I bought this shirt for my boyfriend he is about 6ft 2220lbs and usually wears plus sizes. I bought it XL just in case the shirts run small. He hasn't tried them on yet. But I've compared the sizes to women's XL shirts and the difference in length and width is an inch if that helps. But the quality of the shirt is perfect, as in the photo. I ordered 3 different designs and they are all really good. I will order a medium size for me. I'm 5 feet 3,185 pounds.
