Let's start with the fact that I have been looking for a replacement column for work for a long time. Before that, there was the first charge, then it crashed and bought a second iteration, which suited itself quite well at that time. At home, Onyx Studio 2 has been used as a wireless for several years. I will compare with them. For the price . I took it for 8.5 in an online trade. For comparison: charge 2 in 2022 - 6.5, Studio 2 in 2022 - 10.5. In terms of dollars and inflation, this is a flawless victory. I have to say, for the money plays very well. This is a full 2.1 system, the bass is felt here from the very beginning. It is deep and enveloping. BUT this is incl. and his scourge. Since there are no adjustments a la marshal, at times he begins to come to the fore. This applies to music overloaded with bass. And including watching movies through the laptop. For cinema, as before, I will use onyx studio. I can say for sure that listening to music is pleasant. I noticed that on it I often turn on the classics, soundtracks, old pop, restaurant arrangements. Yes, there are two multidirectional speakers, not like in jbl or h / k. One in front, the other behind, at some moments there is a direct spatial sound. But 20W is 20W. Other things being equal, jbl and h/k play louder. So this column is clearly not for a picnic. Including because it weighs 2 kg. This seems to be a disadvantage, but without such a cabinet it is difficult to achieve such a bass. There is a charge indicator. Press once, and the LED will indicate the stage of discharge (white - almost full, yellow, orange, red - almost empty). I did not understand only the logic of turning off the column. It's kind of like off, but at times it blinks white or yellow (from the level of charge, I suppose). Otherwise, if there are any disadvantages, they are crossed out by the price. No microphone? Yes, and thank God. There are no other codecs . yes, sadness, but the price. Irregular charging. Really a jamb if you drag from place to place. Charge 2 retires to the country, and Ralis will now definitely play second fiddle. A worthy competitor to the more versatile, but less bassist H/K.
