I used it for two days Muay Thai training. I can't say anything about the durability of the compression shorts + cup, but they fit great - I can train, run, kick etc. without the cup rubbing, pinching or slipping. Compression shorts are much more comfortable to put on and take off than a traditional steel Muay Thai cup. I would recommend this to anyone serious about the sport and willing to make an initial investment. Update: It's been half a year and this mug still works just as well as it did on day one. I'm so impressed with his work that I'm updating my review. I wear this mug throughout my Muay Thai training including warm ups and runs and the mug doesn't slip, rub, spill, nothing.
