So I’m building a roller coaster and it’s hot on the hill up and down over rough terrain with heavy section of pipe and tools. It’s exhausting and hard work and the dust is awful. The metal rails get way to hot to touch without gloves due to being in the direct sun but this water bottle doesn’t care. I went with white so the exterior didn’t heat up and it does awesome. I use massive 8 oz ice cubes in it and can fit roughly 5-6 in there. So roughly 1/3 ice and 2/3 water. The ice lasts all day and then some in it. It’s been a lifesaver in the heat. My only complaint is the lid is not insulated so I’m sure it could be even better and the lid itself while it works and is water tight is finicky. I would love it way more if the lid was insulated and there were options other than the one style.
