We have autism and ADHD at home. This physical way of watching time go by and then hearing the sound of an alarm clock when it's up was great for the whole family. I can say: 10 minutes before we have to leave, or 20 minutes of reading, etc. That's even good for me with my health problems, so I don't overdo it. I will brush for 20 minutes, then I will rest and repeat. Or when I'm tired, I bet 5 and just do what I can for 5 minutes.
