The search function did not work very well, so it was difficult for me to locate the things that I was looking for. Because of the poor quality of the photographs on the website, it was difficult to make out the individual features of the various goods. When I did eventually get around to making a purchase, I found that the product's quality fell short of my expectations. The garments I ordered were not only inaccurately sized, but also of poor quality construction. The necklace was of poor quality, as evidenced by the fact that it quickly became tarnished after only a few uses. When I contacted their customer support to address my issues, I was met with responses that were unhelpful and dismissive of me. This made the situation even worse. It was abundantly obvious that they did not care about whether or not I was satisfied with the products they offered. My interactions with Grebrafan were, on the whole, very frustrating, and as a result, I do not feel comfortable recommending their services to anyone. The website is not user-friendly, the products are of poor quality, and the customer service agents are not very helpful. Put that money aside, and go shopping somewhere else.
