Review on Ambit by Louis Mechtak

Ambit helps us communicate consistently between in-company offices, contractors working in client sites, as well as our customers at all levels. It's been incredibly helpful for streamlining communication. Ambit's features are easy to use and they update it quite frequently so things improve very quickly. You can't customize everything and the lack of customization options has made some aspects a bit more time consuming. I wish we could have added more customized communication options. But overall their customer support team is extremely efficient and helpful. Ambit allows you to stay aware of your accounts but not take over your day-to-day activities. It works well for us since there is no middleman or interruption due to phone calls or emails. Ambit has helped us reach out to new customers and grow our business. The service is very easy to use and the customer service is very responsive. There are a few things that we would like to see improved. I would like to see more personalization and a more intuitive user interface. Ambit is a great tool for reaching out to new customers and helping grow our business. We are able to interact with customers in a very personal way.
