We got this for our pup who was licking his paw a lot because of the hotspot. We got this because we were concerned that another Ecolar would be uncomfortable. It worked great, she couldn't reach the paw unless she tried very hard, but that was rare. And in the end, she liked it very much as a neck pillow and looked very cute.
