Good product, not disappointed.

In general, now it makes sense to buy a PSP only thick (1000) and only for 3-4 thousand (used), because. PS Vita coming soon. If there is no money for a vita, then it’s better to take a thick model anyway - it’s more reliable, it’s still alive on its own, only the screen was broken, and on the slim card the card was already changed under warranty, now the card reader is broken. And when I compared the displays, it turned out that the color rendering of the slim is worse and the contrast is too high, due to this it seems that it has a brighter display (I don’t know about the PSP 3000 and Go, I didn’t compare).

Pros

-Lightweight, lighter than PSP 1000 -Models with a board below TA 088v3 are fully flashed -A huge number of possibilities after the firmware -Relatively good sound quality (compared to Nokia C2-01) -Now you can buy cheap (literally a little more expensive than Nintendo ds) -Ability to run PS1 games -Multiplayer in games over Wi-Fi -Increased amount of RAM (64mb versus 32 in thick) -The speakers are placed in a more convenient place than on 1000 -Access to the flash drive is more convenient than 1000 - TV connection - Wifi switch more convenient -Improved power consumption optimization (with less battery capacity, it lasts the same as 1000)

Cons

-Models with TA 088v3 board are flashed only temporarily -Compared to the first batches of PSP 1000, the build quality has fallen (PSP 1000 are very durable, someone still has them from 2022, these ones break much faster) -Rear - glossy finish (matte on thick PSP) -I didn’t check it myself, but I heard that to connect to TV you need a modern TV set with modern connectors - Headphone jack moved to a less convenient location -Wi-Fi switch loosens much faster - Drive bay opening technology is less reliable -Some parts break quickly (not all) -Reduced battery size (although it lasts the same amount) -Display color rendering is worse than 1000
