Motorola ML1250/ML1000 product not suitable for our home

Motorola ML1250/ML1000 product not suitable for our home. I sent a work ticket using Xfinity, they checked the same and couldn't figure out why the device only rings once and then disconnects? Please give the money back to us. Switched to a similar Panasonic product and it worked as it should.
