I took the headphones in January 2023, in another store, used it for 3 days, returned it due to constant, short disconnections, when passing for quality assessment, after 2 days they sent a troubleshooting report. After reading the reviews on some sites, I realized that I'm not the only one with a similar problem. The software has 0 functions, in the surround sound tab, there is no way to download the necessary drivers to run DTX and the equalizer, it does not fix in any way. I took a razer nari ultimate, 3 weeks, very satisfied, although a little more expensive (15,999)
