I like that it's easy to implement into our application with little or no coding required (as long as you know how push notification works).

It can be hard sometimes if there is an issue sending messages from one device/client but this usually happens when your server goes down so not much of anything here! So far we haven't had any issues using their service however they do have some limitations in terms of number devices allowed per account which makes sense since its free otherwise haha. We use them mainly because of all the options available at such low prices compared to other services out therse.
