I bought two of them at the end of June this year. Firstly, the orange rubber cover of the USB charging port immediately detached from one of them the second time I tried to charge one of the devices, but I didn't contact the company because it was still working (just had to make sure I closed the connector with my thumb when rinsing the device). But just a few days ago, on the same device, the micro-USB charging port just fell off inside the device when I tried to connect the charging cable, essentially turning the device into a brick (you can't disassemble it to see it to try and re-stick the charge port circuit board). I contacted the company about this apparent manufacturing defect and they informed me that they refuse to replace it as it has been more than 30 days since purchase. This is terrible customer service and the company clearly doesn't stand behind their products. So be aware that if anything happens to your Fuze Bug at all, the company will leave you alone if it's been more than 30 days since you bought it (I've owned mine for about two months).
