Very difficult to fluff completely. If you put it on a flat surface, it works perfectly. However, if you plan on hanging it or draping a railing, I would choose something else. The wires are very hard and scratch the wooden parts. Wear gloves. My hands are cut into pieces. While you can hang together, they don't snag or connect anyway. They are also very heavy. It's also true, glitter makes a mess. I was prepared for this, but didn't realize how difficult it would be to manipulate them. It looked great laying on the floor, but once I decided to hang it, it's a whole different story. After 2.5 hours I cut my hands and the scratched railing gave me up. It used to be much easier for me to work with a garland. This one matched my tree so I was hoping for a cohesive look. It came together well, but then again - the branches are very difficult to twist and didn't hang or drape well at all.
