This styrofoam witch face has little to no material. The hat doesn't go up. Hell, she barely has a 'hat'. Her head hung forward. There is no way to hang. Hot glue stragglers are hanging everywhere. Seriously, just a few pieces of very thin material and a foam face. she looks so sad The only reason we keep it is because my kids can't stop laughing at our 'snoring witch'.
