Overall this product had everything I wanted for a learning tower. However, I did receive a broken piece. One of the pre-drilled holes split the wood. I contacted cozyland customer support by email in hopes to just get a replacement part as I don’t want to have to take apart what I already built. They have not yet responded. I love that it has the extra/removable safety bar. My child can climb into it and then I can secure the bar behind them so they are safe if they choose to try and sit or lean back.I love that the tower will grow with them as it can be broken down into a step stool after.It was easy to assemble. I could do it by myself. There are no written directions just photos, but every part is clearly labeled.Basically it’s worth the money IF you don’t get a broken one.
