I like that you can add comments to each task or change order so it is easy for everyone involved in project management to see what needs attention next. For some reason they don't have an option when adding tasks where you could just select "New" instead of having to create new ones from scratch each time. That would make this program much more user friendly if you are going through several different projects all at once with many people working separately but still needing access to everything. We use this software as part of our scheduling process by creating separate schedules for various aspects of work done during construction phases which helps keep track of who did what exactly while keeping things organized.
