I bought the smallest size in rose gold. I have very sensitive ears, severe allergies, but they seem to work! I'll admit that the initial irritation is due to the larger diameter (compared to basic rods), but that quickly goes away. Pasting is difficult as others have said. I needed several attempts. It helped get in from the back and a drop of vitamin E/tea tree oil (which I clean my ears with) helped lubricate. Once inside, they are weightless and comfortable. I wanted to keep them long term. It should be noted that I was looking for them after suffering from chronic irritation from 1 new re-piercing (2nd hole) which refused to heal after being placed and constant cleaning. I thought the smoothness of the ring would help keep it clean and breathable and it seems to be working. Super happy! I plan to get more in different sizes! ♥️♥️
