The wheels get stuck and are difficult to move.

The overall comfort of this chair is quite decent. I liked the mesh lining and the curve suits my back well. But the metal frame for the back didn't have much padding so it put a lot of pressure on my back and was uncomfortable. However, my biggest complaint and the main reason I won't be using this chair has to do with the wheels. Whenever I (a 115 lb woman) sat in this chair, the wheels would get stuck and not spin. My work involves tossing and turning in the office and getting up and down all the time, and this chair didn't allow for that kind of mobility. I have tried adjusting the wheels and even applying WD40 but nothing has solved the wheel issue. I would not recommend this chair.
