I love backpacks, but often they are either too small or too heavy due to the imitation leather. I feel like this Vaschy bag knocked out both categories. First, it's the perfect size. Not a dainty little bag that just fits a wallet and phone - definitely a full size bag that you can fit a lot of things in without being a full backpack or neverfull size. I love that you can only access the interior from the back and that it opens fully so you can actually slip a large wallet or other larger item in without trying to pull it out of the tiny opening. I also found the perfect backpack bag during my search, faux leather can be as heavy as real leather and I don't want to lug around a hot, heavy bag with me in the summer. The faux leather used in this bag is thinner but feels durable so it doesn't end up feeling as heavy. And since the straps are mostly canvas, it helps to make them lighter and keep them from getting so hot. There are two front pockets, a larger one that also opens almost entirely in half and a smaller one above that will comfortably fit a lip balm/gloss or two. I also like that the side pockets are big enough to hold a regular sized plastic water bottle. They probably won't fit a refillable water bottle and there's no stretch in them, but I know I like to use these side pockets for my phone sometimes, which they're great for too. Overall I am very impressed with this bag. The price was great, it feels like great quality and you get a lot for your money. In fact, I can order brown as well, as long as both are neutral!
