Bought for my daughter for virtual learning. They worked great. We found that if we wanted the light to stay on during use, we had to plug in an extra cable and a USB cable at the same time. I thought it was normal when she was at the computer. Doesn't play much because she uses wireless controls and can't turn on the lights when she's on the couch or away from the Xbox 1. Everything was fine up until this week. Everything works except her microphone. When she needs to speak, no one hears her. She is not disabled. I tried this myself on my computer and also on my phone and nothing. People can't hear us while we're speaking into the microphone. Very disappointed. I really liked these headphones, but now there are many cons.
