I like how easy it was for me as an intern at my previous job to get familiarized myself with using this product. It also helped me learn about different types of social media accounts (twitter, facebook). The customer service has been great! They have responded very quickly whenever we've had any questions or concerns regarding their products. Their interface can be improved though by adding more features such as analytics reports etc. This would help us better understand our customers' needs in order to improve their experience when interacting/using our platform. We're solving some problems within our organization's marketing department - mainly managing all marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including twitter & Facebook.
