I can't believe what an incompetent piece of crap he's become. I sent the first one back because all it did when you stepped on it was all the zeros blinking. I called both the Libra and the Coner, neither of them had any idea what could be wrong with him. I sent it back thinking it was defective and the replacement did the same! Now what is the probability that the two scales are in error? LITTLE TO ZERO. I recommend buyers to stay away from this junk! Don't waste your money and peace of mind. ITS JUNK IS PURE AND EASY!
