Review on 🧩 Enhance Bird's Intelligence with QBLEEV Parrot Puzzle Bicycle Toy for Training and Education by Jill Parrott

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Worthy for the price

I've seen better quality (parrot show quality) bikes for large parrots selling for hundreds of dollars so I was expecting a pretty basic slightly flimsy bike so it was as expected. About the size - these bikes are only for little birds. Check out the photos and videos provided. The item description mentioning cockatoos and macaws is misleading. The seller should probably include measurements in the description, but just look at the photos to get an idea of the size. The "large" size is shown with a green-cheeked kennel, and the "small" size is shown with a lovebird. I have a green cheeked bird so I bought a large one and it looks like the right size for her and will probably fit a slightly larger bird as well, but not anything larger than a cockatiel or sunny rider. Pros: Looks cute and functional. . Wheels can be exchanged. The only parrot bike I've ever seen designed for small birds. Cons: Slightly weak frame. When I got it it tilted to one side a bit and I had to flex the sides holding the jockey wheel's axle a bit to get it stable and not crooked - which was easy. The wheels are very flimsy cheap plastic, but perfectly functional. A bicycle chain is a rubber band, which means that the pedals will give out a little even if a bird steps on them, even when the bike is held still. Because of this, some birds may initially be afraid to step on them during initial training. I have a bird that can be wary of unstable perches and needs to find a way to keep the pedals from moving when it first steps on them.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • The list will be long.
