Looks like factory tape.

Looks to fit. Feels pretty cheap compared to a factory Garmin watch strap. The price is cheaper so it might be worth it. Definitely feels rubbery and stretchy compared to Garmin and definitely doesn't feel as stiff, but after 2 weeks it feels firm.
