Review on 🚗 Melissa & Doug Wooden Vehicles Puzzle: Enhance Your Child's Playtime and Skills! by Black Holstead

I work in a preschool and bought this puzzle for my class for Christmas. I've read all the reviews and seen that there seem to be differing opinions and opinions as to whether the puzzle pieces were painted on wood or decals/decals. I was happy with the puzzle when I received it. It seemed very well constructed and the details were very vivid and perfectly understood. I took the puzzle and gave it to them on Monday at 7am. At 10:30 a.m. that morning, one of the puzzle pieces had been destroyed. These are decals/stickers on puzzle pieces and part of the decal has already been scratched off revealing the gray cardboard underneath. I still think Melissa & Doug puzzles are very popular with kids and I'm not saying I won't be buying them in the future, but I wanted people to know that these are stickers/stickers on puzzle pieces and not hand painted wood like I think they were in the past. I read the age recommendation before I bought it and it fits the age range of my class. Babies and toddlers chew on everything, especially when they are teething. The decals/stickers on this puzzle are very good, but small teeth may scratch off the decal/sticker, so be careful before you buy. My actual star rating would be 3.5 if I could actually rate it that way.
