This is a great idea to keep your USB cables from getting tangled and tangled. I mainly use them for my travel chargers. They fast charge the Samsung phones in our family. When I last ordered one of the micro connectors was defective. No problem. An email to Cable Matters was answered in less than an hour - the replacement cable was already on its way. I've bought a lot of stuff from Cables Matters but this is the first time I've had to use their customer service. For those who complain that they are short lived I suggest you remember these are very thin cables and you pull on them. Both ends. Be careful not to try to stretch the wire as much as possible and they should hold up for quite a while.
