I have Water Pik and wanted to try it based on the reviews when researching both brands. This one seems to clean better. I get a confirmation when I'm back at the dentist. UPDATE: I'm trying to support small businesses. But I have to introduce inconsistencies with this product: the battery no longer holds a charge. I have followed the manufacturer's instructions and recommendations with no improvement. I contacted the seller and the manufacturer with no response. IMPORTANT DETAILS: Purchased at the end of December 2019. Battery problems started in February. The emails and notifications were sent around the same time. It's a pity that a small technical problem and bad customer service force me to stop buying this product.
