It's very difficult to keep a nice bright white color in boyish clothes - so this shirt is the latest of several we've had in this style. I think it looks lighter than most without the packaging - a really crisp white. My boys wear size 12 and 14, some also 16, depending on the cut. I find this shirt a bit short because it's too tight for a big boy and just right for a little one. He really likes the texture and said he wants to keep it so it's a win. The small cut is the reason I deducted a star.
