When I joined Lucid, the most difficult part was not knowing what to do once I logged in for the first time. They had everything set up to ensure that I could get my hands dirty with the platform as quickly as possible. The team is very friendly and easy to work with. They are always willing to answer questions on how to use their products. I can't think of anything I dislike about this product at this point. My experience with Lucid has been one of great success. We started by looking into an application called Salesforce as we wanted to start using Salesforce to manage our customer relationships. It helped us build out the initial functionality quickly by providing a lot of resources for new users.
