I like that it was easy to install with my existing hardware as well has very little configuration needed once installed.

The only problem we have had so far are some issues when trying to add new devices or change device information from one client machine to another - they need an update which should fix this issue but haven't seen any updates yet since last year's release date! So just be patient if you want your clients up-to-date security patches. We use UCSA at our University where students can access their accounts remotely using web browsers without having physical media such as CD / DVD drives etc which makes life easier especially during exams time.
