I bought this for my 9 month old who wears a size 12-18 months. My child is thin and tall but like all children he has a small neck and it fits him perfectly, just as I imagined. It's very stretchy so you can easily put it on your baby's head and it's really warm. It fits my baby, it's a little wrinkled but I tuck it under my chin and it stays in place. I just love how soft it is. My kid didn't mind wearing it around his neck at all. My baby's neck was quite warm when I took it off. This is ideal for children in areas where it also snows. I have only good things to say about this product.
