Adhesive pads came loose after 500 miles and I installed them on my new 2015 Chevrolet 2500HD while it was clean. I carefully cleaned the area where the pads stick to the inside of the upper and followed the directions fully. Still offers the protection I was looking for. I can try to make a mount that will hold the top better. Doesn't wobble even though the top part wobbles. Edit 2/12/15: After my initial review, things have changed with the grill. The brackets on the bottom break due to metal fatigue from movement. Finally I had to drill holes and attach it to the surrounding plastic around the hole in the bumper. Not exactly what I had in mind when I received it. Perhaps a piece of tape will clean the inside of the bumper during installation and applying alcohol will provide better surface preparation for the top mount adhesive pads.
