Broken computers and accessories
The laptop was broken. The touchpad worked intermittently for a few seconds after pressing the back button. After about 30 minutes of operation, the laptop got very hot in the upper right quadrant. The last time the laptop was powered on, the internal fan sounded like a buzz saw. The only return option was a refund, not a replacement.
