My experience has been entirely positive through out
The best thing about trucentive is its simplicity for both end users as well as providers. It is very easy to use with all kinds of platforms and devices available. I have never faced any issues while using it. Its customer support team is also really good at responding quickly which makes their customers feel more comfortable when they are working from home. There aren't many things that one can say apart from this-it's great! We haven’t had any real problems related to trucentive so far. As a provider we realized how simple it was for our clients to redeem their points & benefits.

- Great UX/UI design.
- Simple implementation process, no long term contracts required (free)
- Easy access worldwide due top world class connectivity in most countries around globe
- Free usage
- No cost involved except subscription fees once you reach your target number or spend limit per month :) , however there may be some restrictions if used by multiple accounts simultaneously
