The best thing about this product is it's ease of use and its ability to integrate well with other systems such as Office 365/ADFS. It also integrates seamlessly with Azure AD and Microsoft Intune which makes management even easier! Nothing really comes to mind. If you are looking for an easy way to manage users across multiple platforms (on-premise and cloud), then look no further than this product. Its flexibility allows me to easily add or remove employees from my organization without having to make any changes elsewhere.
