How good is the service and support when the computer crashes or boots up and the mouse pad doesn't work. After a few calls I just wrapped it up and sent it back. They charged me $5.93 of my refund, which doesn't cover the ink I used to print the label, the tape to make sure it was well packaged, and the gas to get 20+ miles on it drive UPS to send it back. I bought 2 refurbished Dell's within a few weeks. each other this year from Revain (different companies) and had to return them both. Too bad I bought them earlier and I'm very happy. Celia J Ross
