Excellent Customer Experience Platform

I loved that this had all of my favorite features in one place. This integrated everything we needed to be successful from call center software right up until our CRM. There was not much I disliked about what they offered. It did exactly as promised and has allowed us to get back to doing what matters - taking care of our clients! The only downside is that their mobile apps were very dated compared to other companies out there. We're no longer stuck looking at an outdated UI or having to use separate customer service platforms for each channel (call centers vs emails). Instead, we have been able to combine them into one platform which makes life easier for everyone involved.

  • Easy integration with Salesforce / ZohoCRM/ Zendesk etc..A great user experience.Helpful support team who are always willing help you resolve issues quickly if any arise during implementation process.Great product management & development teams make sure your needs will constantly evolve even after deployment without interrupting business operations too frequently
