When I placed my order for this product, I could not have fathomed that the delivery would be such a disgrace. The delivery man simply did not bring anything, stood at the house, and realized that he did not have the order with him. This was the first time this had ever happened. He requested that the order be canceled, ostensibly to return the money, but I believe the real reason was so that he could absolve himself of blame. This is not going to work on me. As it turned out later, the package had simply been dumped at the pick-up location, ostensibly for "self-pickup." This was discovered after the customer care staff had already canceled the transaction. Error?! - happens. Oh no! If funds were stashed away somewhere and it is unknown when they would be returned, then accept the situation as it is. I did not dare to reorder and contact the courier again, so I opted for delivery to the location where the problem was occurring instead. The day of issuance finally arrived, however the products were no longer in stock by that point. "Checking new delivery date" is the current status. First and foremost, logistics! Help is unable to provide anything more than the option to cancel, which leaves money again hanging in the balance. They provide a discount code for a pitiful 200, which does not even translate to points. If there is no longer any interest in placing an order from this store, then who still requires this promotional code?! They want payment for storage, and that's the extent of my experience with shopping. Fortunately, there are other services available, such as Amazon and other websites; the clients' needs are prioritized by other businesses, unlike in this establishment. I would want to wish all of the local purchasers success and hope that you do not run into any difficulties. And with that, I bid farewell to the Amazon service; I hope you are aware that you bring shame on the entire organization.
