UPDATE: Shortly after my initial review, the Jayefo seller contacted me and offered to fix the problem. They sent me a new pair quickly with free shipping. Jayefo customer service was great to work with as they stand behind their product and want to be happy with the purchase from them. Order from Jayefo with confidence, they will make everything right. I've added 4 pictures of the replacement. My son is now 3 1/2 years old and enjoys it. I even ordered a second pair which had no issues for my 2.5 year old daughter. I also bought a Jayefo punching bag for the kids (separately) so they don't hit the house. Original post: Ordered this pair of gloves for my 3 year old son. Let's say it's in like-new condition. When the gloves arrived they were in use, a lot of use. There is hair on the Velcro. The threads are dirty and discolored, which is particularly noticeable when placed next to non-displayed threads. There are stains and stains of unknown substances. Inspection of the inside of the gloves shows that the lining has worn so much that the padding is protruding and coming out. This item is even wrapped in new tissue paper and placed in areas like between the gloves and in the Velcro area as a new set of gloves usually comes. The first first look at the gloves shows that the gloves are uneven, the right glove. more than the left glove. Not new and not good.
