This water bottle looks very nice but is not very comfortable to use so I hardly drink water from it. The extra effort it takes to suck in water and the sucking sound that accompanies each sip makes me subconsciously less likely to reach for the bottle. I contacted support about the suction noise mentioned in other reviews and they gave me some advice that helped a bit. The air valve at the base of the mouthpiece must be seated properly so that it completely covers the vent. I smoothed it out a bit, and it helped suck up less noise, but not enough to make me comfortable drinking from it in a quiet office environment. I also tried removing the filter to see if it caused any problems but didn't notice any difference. I bought a bottle of CamelBak Eddy at the same time and found myself drinking a full bottle of it. hour and hardly touch it all day.
