Simple and effective.

The tool is very simple and easy to use, like a figure knife. Be careful not to roll the potato when you press the blade as it may slip off. One downside I see is the quality of this product, as you can see in the second picture the blade was delivered "notched". It does not affect the cut, but should not have these defects when buying a new one.
