I bought this "surge protector" last month after reading positive reviews/recommendations on an electronics website. This morning there was some sort of "outage" with electricity in our area, I'm guessing it was some sort of "power surge" as most of the houses went out and we lost power. When the power came back, my desktop connected to this protector would not turn on. There is no feedback from the power button, died. Isn't that the whole point of this product? To prevent something like that?
