I initially expected this to run small and ordered a 2X (I usually wear XL), but the 2X was too big and I exchanged it for the XL, which fits great. The fabric is soft, comfortable and breathable. The pattern is attractive. The shirt is long enough to cover my backside. The only down side is the front of the shirt is a bit low-cut (enough that the top inch of my cleavage showed.) I work with adolescent boys, so low-cut doesn't work! I solved this by stitching two inches above the button and now it's fine.
