The grind setting is a handy knob on the bottom that actually stays on the setting all the time. The grinding mechanism runs smoothly with minimal effort and is designed for quality, unlike my previous large shop which was made in a porcelain mill. The style is classic and clean with a glossy black finish. This meat grinder has met all expectations, it is worth the money.
