Very good exfoliation
Many reviews say loofah is too hard even when wet but that's how natural loofah sponges work. It doesn't have to be soft and lends itself well to a physical scrub. If you have sensitive skin I recommend a different type of sponge. Personally for me this is great for removing dead skin and I love that it has a handle. It's much easier for me to clean my back.
