Heavy, sturdy ceramic bakeware

The porcelain surface is truly non-stick. Cupcakes pop out easily with little fat, and particles stuck to food slide off with soap and water. There were no blemishes, scratches or holes and mine is pure white so I need to know. Of course I used softer utensils like silicone but I think it will take a while before anything scratches. It's really smooth and solid. This cake pan is heavy and thick, which isn't for everyone, but it's good for porcelain as it can handle and hold the heat of the oven. The only downside is that the cups are a bit flat.
